QHHT, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is the method developed by Dolores Cannon. We begin with unrushed conversation to share your life story, which is healing in itself - just to be heard and listened to without judgment and without advice. I want you to really take your time with this and leave nothing out. It is an important part of the session as it builds trust. The hypnosis part is relaxing and feeling safe. I ask you to accept the very first thing that you see, and to describe what you see in detail. You will be guided to explore a couple of past lives, which is helpful to find the origins of your patterns, your beliefs, possibly your pains. Then I will ask your Higher Self the questions you brought in to have answered. Lena Gray is a QHHT Level 2 practitioner who is dedicated to creating a safe, kind, judgement-free space. Sessions are client-led: It is you - your Higher Self - providing the insights.
